个人简介:
副研究员、副教授,院内学科骨干人才。毕业于中国科学院北京基因组研究所。专注于感染免疫领域的生物信息学研究,建立多组学数据整合联动分析的研究方法,系统阐述基因的程序性转录调控机制,挖掘感染性疾病、肿瘤、衰老、自免病等的致病机制。以第一作者(含共同)在National Science Review,Nature Communications, The Innovation,Clinical Infectious Diseases等杂志发表12篇文章,总影响因子132,最高影响因子32。主持国家自然科学基金2项。
